7. Managing personal data
In France, personal data is particularly protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
The following can be collected when using delta-neu.com site: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the dom-security.com site, the user's Internet service provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address.
In any event DELTA NEU only collects personal information related to users for the needs of certain services offered by the delta-neu.com site. The user supplies this information with full knowledge of the considerations involved, particularly when they enter the data themselves. The site user is then informed whether or not they are obliged to supply this information.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and succeeding of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information systems, files and liberty, any user has the right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning them, by making a signed, written request accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, stating the address to which the response must be sent.
No personal information for a user of the site delta-neu.com is, without the user knowing, published, exchanged, transferred, surrendered or sold to third parties on any medium whatsoever. Only the case of the purchase of DELTA NEU and its rights would allow the transmission of the said information to any acquirer who would in their turn by held to the same obligation to the user for retention and modification of the data on the site delta-neu.com.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
